2-3 times a week is optimal for consistent improvement and long term benefit.
We suggest a minimum of once per week for continuity in your work out and to enjoy the benefits of Pilates.
| • | Comfortable workout attire is recommended. |
| • | Clean socks and a water bottle are all you need to bring. |
| • | Please inform the instructor of any recent injuries or change in your well-being before the lesson. |
| • | Please avoid wearing strong perfumes or deodorants as these affect breathing, allergies and chemical sensitivities in a class situation. |
| • | Please turn off mobile phones to assist us in creating a relaxing environment. |
| • | All mats and props are provided for your Pilates classes. |
