2-3 times a week is optimal for consistent improvement and long term benefit.

We suggest a minimum of once per week for continuity in your work out and to enjoy the benefits of Pilates.

Comfortable workout attire is recommended.
Clean socks and a water bottle are all you need to bring.
Please inform the instructor of any recent injuries or change in your well-being before the lesson.
Please avoid wearing strong perfumes or deodorants as these affect breathing, allergies and chemical sensitivities in a class situation.
Please turn off mobile phones to assist us in creating a relaxing environment.
All mats and props are provided for your Pilates classes.
