Therese Audibert has a Graduate Certificate in the Pilates Method from the University of Technology Sydney and is a member of the Australian Pilates Method Association. She also has qualifications in community welfare and counselling.

Therese has a comprehensive knowledge of Pilates and movement rehabilitation. She is known for her ability to work with each of her clients in a unique way, understanding the needs of the individual. By utilising specially designed supports, she integrates an in-depth knowledge of pain management allowing movement re-education to become an enjoyable experience. She is also passionate about pre and post-natal movement therapy.




Tina Boylan has completed Pilates teaching qualifications at Ulysses Pilates and Leeon and Shaw Pilates. She is a member of the Australian Pilates Method Association and she also has a BSc.

Tina has extensive experience in managing Pilates based movement rehabilitation programs. Her time spent teaching in the USA has influenced her approach by giving her the ability to merge various styles of teaching to elicit the most from each client.

Integral to her teaching is her personable and understanding communication. She is also passionate about her involvement with continuous learning and development and regularly attends industry workshops and conferences both here and overseas.
